The Umbilicus Urbis Romae and Altar of Saturn in the Forum, Rome.

The Umbilicus Urbis Romae "Navel of the City of Rome" was the symbolic centre of the city. The current ruins date from the same time as the Septimius Severus Arch (partly seen behind) to 203 AD.
