Swan Lane Foreshore Hole
An area of heavy erosion on the Thames foreshore by Swan Lane stairs, London.
I photographed this area based on the suggestion of Stuart Wyatt (Museum of London) as it is likely to be back-filled at some time to protect the foreshore wall.
Caution is advised if visiting this location as it is a pinch-point on the foreshore. If you pass this point you could be cut off by the incoming tide.
