A concrete WWII building located near the north west corner of Bowyers Water (lake), Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, England.
There are several other nearby WWII buildings such as anti aircraft gun platforms and pillboxes that defended the Lea Valley. It is possible this building was a control bunker or searchlight tower. There are several anti tank blocks on the south side of the building.
