Aldeburgh Martello Tower
A Napoleon era defensive tower on the coast, just south of Aldeburgh, Suffolk, England.
Built between 1808 and 1812 it is unique among such towers for having four gun mounts on the roof. This was because it needed an extra gun position to cover the river behind as well as the sea in front.
